  • Perishable goods (food, beverages, flowers, etc.)
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Digital goods, gift cards, and downloadable items

2. Return Process

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact us at support@shhoplio.online within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
  2. Receive Approval: Once reviewed, our team will confirm if your product is eligible for return and provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Confirmation: After receiving the item, our quality team will inspect it to verify its condition.
  5. Refund or Exchange: Once approved, we will process your refund, issue store credit, or provide an exchange as per your request.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • UPI/Wallets/Net Banking: 3–7 business days
  • PayPal/International Payments: 7–14 business days

Please note that:

  • Original shipping fees, handling charges, or cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • In cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, full refunds including shipping fees may be provided.

4. Exchanges

We also offer exchanges for eligible products. Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or variation of the same product.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges, depending on the situation.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps to follow:

  1. Email support@shhoplio.online with your order number.
  2. Attach clear photos or videos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be made. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
  • In case of cancellation before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Store Credit

In certain situations, customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a direct refund.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Credits can be applied to any future purchases at Shhoplio.online.
  • Store credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or extended beyond the validity period.

8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking options, as Shhoplio.online is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a return or refund request in the following cases:

  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • The return request is made after the allowed 14-day window.
  • The product was purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • The returned package does not include all original accessories, tags, or promotional items.
